Osage Smoke ships to all 50 states where tobacco sales are permitted by law. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Shipping Methods We ship via USPS and UPS. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited options available at checkout. Age Verification at Delivery All orders containing tobacco products require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. A valid government-issued photo ID is required. Orders that cannot be delivered due to failed age verification will be returned and refunded minus shipping costs. State Restrictions We comply with all state and local tobacco regulations.
