At Osage Smoke, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
All Sales Final on Tobacco Products
Due to the nature of tobacco, cigars, pipe tobacco, and smoking accessories, all tobacco product sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened tobacco products.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at osagesmoke@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion.
Non-Tobacco Accessories and Apparel
Unopened accessories and apparel items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Age Verification
All purchases require age verification (21+). Orders that cannot be verified will be cancelled and refunded.
