Do I need to be 21 to order?
Yes. All purchases require age verification. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any products from Osage Smoke. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at delivery.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship to all 50 states where tobacco sales are permitted by law. All tobacco shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.
Where are you located?
Osage Smoke is based in Central Missouri with locations in Jefferson City and Osage Beach. We are a veteran-owned business proud to serve our community and ship nationwide.
Who owns Osage Smoke?
Osage Smoke is a veteran-owned and operated business. Our President and General Manager is a United States Marine Corps veteran. We are proud to bring premium smoke shop products and lifestyle goods to Central Missouri and beyond.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout. Please note that all tobacco shipments require adult signature upon delivery, which may affect delivery timing.
What is your return policy?
All tobacco product sales are final due to the nature of the products. Unopened accessories and apparel items may be returned within 14 days in original condition for store credit. See our full Refund Policy for details.
